THE ISSUE WE WISH TO SORT OUT 

In the world and especially in Brazil, there are numerous building structures that are EMPTY or UNDERUSED.

Hotels, shopping malls and office buildings currently register LOW OCCUPANCY RATES.

 

Thus we created the UFO Space brand, which transforms these empty spaces into innovative environments, incorporating the culture of coworking, coliving and hospitality and acting as centers of urban innovation.

THE SOLUTION WE HAVE TO OFFER

We offer a transformation to underused or empty environments into multipurpose complexes that turn themselves into innovation centers, bringing together hotels, offices, coworking, event centers and convenience areas.

The planning, implementation and the operational management of these environments after they are pub together are carried out by EXO.
